MEMORIAL PHOTOS 3 FLOWERS 0 The funeral for Mary Marie Davis Palmer, 64, of 3140 Oxford Rd., who died Monday, Sept. 29, 2008, at Duke University Medical Center, will be conducted at 2 p.m. today, Oct. 1, in Faith Independent Baptist Church by Pastor Ron Pruitt. Burial will be in the Bethany Baptist Church cemetery.

Mrs. Palmer was the daughter of the late William Oscar and Lola Blanche Blalock Davis. Her late son was Clyde Thomas Palmer Jr., and her late brothers were Tilley Wade Davis and William Edward Davis.

She was retired from Crown Crafts and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.

Surviving are three sons, David Wesley Palmer and wife, Myra, of Timberlake; Michael Landen Palmer and wife, Brenda, of Roxboro; Thomas Wayne Palmer and wife, Amy, of Timberlake; a daughter, Barbara Palmer Taylor and husband, David, of Roxboro; two sisters, Margaret Davis Daniel of Hopewell, Va. and Christine Davis Clayton of Rougemont; and seven grandchildren, Michael Landen Palmer Jr., Brittani Michele Palmer, Jeffrey Thomas Taylor, Jesse Douglas Palmer, Noah Canyon Hunt, Lily Marie Palmer and Luke Thomas Palmer.

Pallbearers will be Brian Clayton, William Ed Clayton, Bruce Daniel, Randy Daniel, Steve Daniel, Eugene Winstead, Ronnie Davis, Mike Davis, Michael Landen Palmer Jr., Alan Brooks and Michael Tuck.
