Mary Elizabeth Renfrow was born Oct 30, 1869 and departed this life Dec 29, 1959 at the age of 90 yrs, 1 mon and 29 days. She was united in marriage to James M Reed in Faulkner, Miss, Dec 22, 1889. To this union were born fifteen children. Two children, Jesse and Lutie died in infancy. A daughter, Ethel, died in 1946 and a son, Mike, died in 1956. She leaves to mourn her death four daughters, Mrs. Violet Withers and Mrs. Mary Greenwood of Kansas City MO, Mrs. Dean Miller of Cordell OK and Mrs. Lucille Simmons of Amarillo, TX and seven sons, Allen Reed of Modesto CA, G.S. Reed of Anderson CA, Claude Reed of Wills Point, TX, Charlie Reed of Dallas TX, A.M. Reed of Oklahoma City, OK, Bill Reed of Lindsay, OK and Leon Reed of Clinton, OK. She is also survived by forty-five grandchildren, eighty-eight great grandchildren, and ten great great grandchildren; a brother, Hard Renfrow of Faulkner, MS and a host of friends, and other relatives
