Mary Royall

Death date of 1735 appears to be incorrect. 1735 is the year Mary Isham Randolph died and these two step sisters are often confused with each other.

• Joseph Royall was married three times. His first wife's given name was Tomasin. She had died by 1637, when Joseph married his second wife, Ann. Joseph claimed headrights for both women, but their surnames were not listed in the patents.
• By her first husband, Katherine gave birth to six children, Joseph, John, Sarah, Katherine and two other unknown daughters. With Henry, Katherine had Henry, Jr., Anne and Mary. By far, her most famous child was Mary Isham.
