About Thomasine Earle

Thomasine was the daughter of John Prince and his wife Virginia Sarah Berry Prince. She married John Earle in 1765 in either Virginia or South Carolina. John and Thomasine had five children. Her grave is unknown she may be buried on the site of Earle's Fort in South Carolina which has been marked as a place of memorial for the War of the American Revolution for the defense of the cause by her husband Colonel John Earle and the many other defenders.
