George Trimble died in 1916 at the age of 81 which would make his birth date in the area of 1831. He lived in Farrigans, Lettermacaward. His brothers and sisters died of the black plague. His mother went and dug the hole and buried them at the local church. George was a very Big man (unlike his son Charlie) George married Mary Breslin. Mary died Feb 03,1918 in Farrigans. An Ellen Trimble died on Jan 18, 1879 in Farrigans and it is thought to be Georges mother. Her husband would have been a brother to William Trimble who is a Great Grandfather to Paddy and Francie Trimble. George is buried in St. Bridget’s Cemetery Toome, Lettermacaward
