She came to Virginia as "maid" to be a wife. Mary's parents were Samuel born 1617 in Eastcott, Northamptonshire, England, and Anne Peak, born 1619 in St. Sepulchre, London, England. Samuel was admitted to Freedom of the Skinners of London 3 Sep 1639.
