On July 24, 1669 "I, Thomas Jones, of Gloster, formerly of Cape Ann,have received of Ursula North, of Salisbury, Norfolk Co., widow and executrix, a lagasie given unto Mary, my wife, by her father Richard North of Salisbury, decd." The receipt was acknowledged, April 29, 1673,before Salisbury Court, ye 2d. session. Ursula was the step mother ofMary.
