They declared us that Maurice JONCKHEERE, age 71 years, and born in de municipality of Lombardsijde, living in this municipality, widower of Catherine VIAENE, son of Adrien JONCKHEERE and Françoise VANNESTE, died on the 9th of this month, at 2H in the morning in his house situated in this municipality, and they signed with us this certificate after it had been read out to them.

Zij verklaarden ons dat Maurice JONCKHEERE, oud 71 jaren, en geboren in de gemeente Lombardsijde, wonende in deze gemeente, weduwnaar van Catherina VIAENE, zoon van Adrien JONCKHEERE en Françoise VANNESTE, overleed op de 9de van deze maand, om 2u ’s morgens in zijn huis gelegen in deze gemeente, zij tekenden met ons deze akte nadat hun lezing was gegeven.
