About Melvin John Tully
Tully Melvin John, 83, of Fort Wayne, died Thursday at his residence. He was born May 8, 1906 in Benton, the son of Henry and Laura (Hapner) Tully. On June 24, 1925 in St. Joseph, Mich., he married Dorene Tyler. He moved to Fort Wayne from Ligonier 43 years ago and retired from General Electric Co. in 1971. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Roland (Marjorieann) Waters of Fort Wayne; a brother, Leonard of Wilmot; and one grandson. Services Sunday in Orr Funeral Home. Burial, Oak Park Cemetery. + 3-1-1990
