Mercy was born in 1644. She is the daughter of Thomas Tenney and Ann Mighill. [1]

MERCY TENNEY, born in Rowley, Mass., 17 June, 1644, daughter of Thomas and Ann ( ) Tenney; married in Rowley 22 November, 1664, Thomas Hardy, Senior, of Bradford, Mass. Residence, Bradford. She united with the First Congregational Church in Bradford, 4 November, 1694. He united with the same church, 12 July, 1713. The date of their death is unknown to the compiler.

August 1994: Terry and Lucy HARDY visited the graves of MERCY and THOMAS II HARDY. Headstones were difficult to read, could barely make out Thomas's was easier to read.
