Rory McNeiI (Hector) settled at Piper’s Cove and married Ann, daughter of John McKinnon (Iain Mac Eoghain Ruaidh), the strong man who died on board the ship, Harmony, on the voyage from Barra to Sydney in 1821.
The issue of this marriage was: John R., Hector, Angus, Joseph, Stephen, James, John A. and Michael.
Michael (Rory) died at the age of eighteen years. Had he reached the age of manhood, he would have been the equal of his brother Angus as an athlete.
