About Miles Scull
The Churchyard was closed to burials in 1862 as heavy rains exposed the bones. The Headstones were removed in the 1960's. Some form a path round the garden of remembrance, and others lean against the walls, but the majority found there way into Local patios, drives and walls. A new cemetery was opened about half a mile south of the town, Miles wife Susannah may be buried there but there is no stone to mark it. There is no trace of any other Scull Graves in Kington.
