Milligan "Mig" Kessie Hall

Milligan Kessie Hall, also known as Mig, was born on 22 December 1880 in Floyd County, Kentucky. He was the son of Greenberry Hall and Florina Akers. Mig Hall married Mary M. Rice, daughter of William Marion Rice and Margaret Catherine Akers, on 14 January 1902 at Floyd County, Kentucky. They had eleven children. Mary died in 1926. He married Dillie (maiden name unknown). There were no known children of the second marriage. He died on 5 December 1953 at Fleming County, Kentucky, at age 72.

Milligan Kessie Hall appeared on the census of 26 April 1910 at Floyd County, Kentucky, listed as Mig age 27 married 7 years, head of house. He appeared on the census of 14 January 1920 at Fleming County, Kentucky, listed as Milligan age 38 head of house. He appeared on the census of 24 April 1930 at Fleming County, Kentucky, listed as Millican age 47 married at age 16, head of house.
