Miriam, the daughter of Jeremiah and Lydia Eastman, was born in Kensington, New Hampshire, on Feb. 28, 1739/40[1][2]
Miriam married Josiah Sawyer in Kensington, NH on Sept. 27, 1759 and they settled in Deerfield, New Hampshire[3]. Note that the reference says "Joseph" Sawyer, but the birth and death dates match exactly with Josiah and Josiah is clear on the Marriage Certificate image attached.
Josiah and Miriam had the following children:
Josiah (settled in Gilford, NH) Jeremiah (settled in Gilmanton, NH)
David (b. 1765)
Miriam Sawyer, twin of David
John (settled in Andover, NH) and
Israel (lived on the family homestead in Deerfield. [4].
