Miriam Grace Yiengst

Mrs. Miriam G. Lehman, 75, of 1311 S. Forge Road, died Tuesday in Hershey Medical Center, Derry Twp. She was a retired stitcher for J. Landis Shoe Co., where she worked for 35 years; an active member of The United Zion Church, where she served as a former custodian, and was a member of its Adult Sunday School Class and Missionary Circle. Surviving are her husband, Clyde F. Lehman; two sons, Donald G. Yiengst of Jonestown and Robert P. of Palmyra; three daughters, Mrs. Fern Martin of Derry Twp., Mrs. Evelyn Y. Via of Harrisburg and Mrs. Naomi Umberger of Palmyra; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Ruth Snavely of Palmyra; a sister, Mrs. Esther Scott of Somers Point, N.J.; four brothers, Herman Wagner and Paul Wagner, both of Annville, Grant Wagner of Palmyra and Harold Wagner of Phoenix, Ariz.; 18 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the United Zion Church, 1000 E. Oak St., with the Rev Paul Martin and the Rev. Charles Brown, her pastors, officiating. Burial will be in North Bellegrove Cemetery, Bellegrove. Friends may call at the funeral home at South Railroad and Pine streets today from 7 to 8 p.m.
