Biography==When Moses Blakeslee was born on December 13, 1678, in New Haven, Connecticut, his father, John, was 24 and his mother, Grace, was 25. He married Sarah Benton on January 1, 1702, in his hometown. They had 13 children in 26 years. He died in 1760 in Waterbury, Connecticut, having lived a long life of 82 years.
