44. MOSES6 ESTES, SR. (ABRAHAM5, SYLVESTER4, ROBERT3, SYLVESTER2, NICHOLAS1) was born 1711 in King& Queen County, Va., and died 18 Feb 1788 in Halifax County, Virginia. He married ELIZABETH WEBB 1731, daughter of GILES WEBB and ELIZABETH SPANN. She was born 01 Feb 1710 in North Farnham Parish, Richmond, Virginia, USA14, and died 1781 in Halifax County, Virginia.

Moses and his family left Lunenburg County and went to Amelia County Virginia and from there they went to Halifax County Virginia..
Moses wife Elizabeth died in Halifax County Virginia in 1781 and Moses died there in 1788. Both are burried there. Their son William died in Halifax County in1786. Moses Jr. died in Halifax County in 1813, and his wife and Children were liveing there at that time. Most of the children went to Smith County, Tennessee.
