About Moses Simche Krebs
It is possible that Moses Simche Krebs had a first wife named Ester Kahane (ostensibly born in Chorostkow) with whom he fathered three children in Skalat prior to her death or divorce circa 1882. However, the evidence is not sufficient yet.
It also appears that Moses Simche and Salomon are brothers and are the sons of Josel Krebs of Skalat. However, the connection to Josel is not yet confirmed.
