Moses PAINE I [1] was born 11 Sep 1737 in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay, British Colonial America the son of Moses and Margary (Mayo) Paine.

On December 18, 1770, in Chatham, Moses Paine, of Truro, married Lydia Hinckley, of Chatham.[2]

He married Lydia and had 5 children:
