Moses Rowley Jr. after the death of his first wife, he married second the widow Mary [Crippen] Corby after 15 January 1714-15. His will dated 24 March 1734-5 at East Haddam named sons Moses, Samuel, Ebenezer, Jonathan, and John Rowley plus daughters Mary Olmstead, Nem Fuller, Mehitable Champion and Hannah Rowlee [sic], all children by his first wife Mary [Fletcher]. He died on 16 July 1735 [town record].

His second wife Mary [Crippen] [Corby] Rowley was not named in his will, due to an agreement that she receives ten pounds in lieu of provisions for her in his will. She lived until 9 June 1764 in her 97th year and was interred in the Old North Burying Ground in the Moodus section of East Haddam.
