"In 1635 Moyses Goltschmied is mentioned for the first time in Stadthagen. He is called a Jew from Bückeburg. In 1637 he is mentioned in Stadthagen together with his brother Jobst Goldtschmied. In 1644 Moyses Goltschmidt is called the son-in-law of Meyer from Minden. His nickname Kramer probably refers to his principal occupation: merchant. Moshe Kramer and Gittele are mentioned in the Memorbuch of Fulda (Kaufmann, 1896b, p. XXXIX). In the Memorbuch he carries the title chaveer. They donated 50 Reichsthaler to the poor of Fulda. For their descendants in Hamburg see Duckesz (ca. 1925)."

Mozes Krammer-Stadthagen died in 1670, probably in Stadthagen. He is commemorated in the Fulda memorial book as follows:
“The great God-fearing, humble Chassid, chaver Mozes, son of Baruch Daniel Samuel Halevi, may his memory be a blessing, from Stadthagen and his wife the Chassida Gitele, daughter of our teacher Rabbi Meir, may his memory be a blessing, because he voluntarily contributed fifty Reichsthalers to the poor of our city the Holy Community in Fulda. May their souls be bound in the bond of eternal life etc
He died on the Holy Shabbat 9th of Adar tav-lamed (01-03-1670) and was buried on Sunday 10th of Adar (02-03-1670) and she died in the night of the 2nd of Av, when the following day was the second day of Rosh Chodesh in 5429 (29-07-1669) and was buried the same day.

"Født formodentlig i Fulda, af Levi stamme. Var i det mindste en overgang bosat i Stadthagen i grevskabet Schaumburg-Lippe (hvorfor han undertiden kaldes Moses Kramer Stadthagen). Erindringsbogen i Fulda: "Til forbøn mindes den fromme, ydmyge lærde Moses, Søn af Baruch Daniel Samuel af Levi stamme fra Stadthagen og hans fromme hustru Gitel, datter af afdøde rabbiner Meyer [...]. Han døde den 9. Adar 5430 [c: 1. marts 1670 ...]. Hun døde aftenen til mandag , som var den 1 Ab 5429 [i.e. 29. juli 1669...]". De havde (mindst) 3 sønner og 1 datter. Den ene søn Josef blev gift med en søster til Glückel von Hameln, der var Moses K. G.s brorsøns kone. Den anden søn Meyer Stadthagen indvandrede til København og grundlagde menigheden dér. Den tredje søn Abraham blev stamfader til den tyske Goldschmidt-Oldenburg-gren af slægten. "
