Myrtlene Green

Myrtlene Combs Green, 64, of 219 C.G. Stephenson Drive, wife of Newberry Green, died at 3:55 a.m. Monday at the Clark Regional Medical Center.

A native of Breathitt County, she was the daughter of the late Ed and Addie Combs. She was a homemaker and a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Additional survivors include three daughters, Connie Holland, Jackson; Laverne Cornett, Mexico, and Betty Green, Austin, Texas; two sons, Robert Cornett, Middletown, Ohio, and Chuck Cornett, Letcher County, and several grandchildren.

No services are scheduled.
