Alice retained inheritance from John Ward during marriage to Collier. Alice m3 Rowland Jones b1608 in 1636 via marriage allegation and bond when Rowland1608 was 28 years old. Alice retained legacy and control thereof with marriage to Rowland. Alice died in 1639, leaving inheritance to issue of John Warde, with substantial balance to Rowland1608. Alice was ~60 years of age when she married Rowland1608 in an obvious marriage of convenience. Alice was above age for childbirth and therefore not the mother of Rowland1608s children. It is therefore concluded, based on Rowland1608s will that he married an Alice the 2nd time.
