She came with her friends to Paris in 1849 and they have a vivid social life there. She didn’t want to irritate Russia’s emperor by asking his permission for divorce. The matter was solved so that Nadeschda stayed in Paris because of ”her weakening health” and her mother Olga von Knorring moved to Paris and bought a beautiful villa in Luchon near Paris with her husband’s permission. The villa was named Santa-Maria. Between 1853 and 1859 a young man (Dumas), a sweet little girl (Olga) and a redhaired woman with great figure played at the park of the villa. The villa was named Villa Narishkina, and still is. In 1859 Nadeschda sold the villa and hired the castle of Villeroy in Cléry. Caius Kajanti, Kiehtovia naiskohtaloita Suomen historiasta
