Nancy Jane Frazier was born on 15 May 1805 at Patrick County, Virginia. She was the daughter of William B. Frazier and Artie Elkins. She married Thomas Osborne on 18 November 1821 at Floyd County, Kentucky. She died on 25 March 1887 at Floyd County, Kentucky, at age 81. She was buried at Jake Crisp Cemetery, Martin, Floyd County, Kentucky.
