Hais, Sidney M. 'Sonny' 'Unkie' on Sunday, April 23, 2006 in his 93rd year, native Washingtonian. Devoted husband of the late Rocxey Kurlen-Hais. First born son of the late Joseph (Vigderhouse) and Ida Flax Hais; dear brother of the late Harry I. (Charlotte) Hais D.D.S., the late Naomi Knable (Sydney Hurwitz) and the late Honorable Margaret J. (Fred) Blacher; beloved Unkie of Michael (Reena) Hais of Arcadia, CA, Alan (the late Grace) Hais of Chevy Chase, MD, Steve Blacher of Washington, D.C., Dr. Susan M. (Dr. Judel) Lew of Chesterfield, MO, Beverly (Doug) Eide of Yardley, PA, Beth Wilson of Rehobeth, DE and dearest devoted great-uncle to nieces and nephews, Sara Frieberger of St. Louis, MO, Lisa Frieberger of Los Angeles, CA, Adam Hais and Kate Hais of Washington, D.C. and Jason Wilson of California.
