His son, John Daggett(fag mem. #25851562) buried in Newman Cemetery, Rhode Island and ... His granddaughter Hopestill Daggett Wheeler (fag memorial #16783710) buried in Stevens Corner Cemetery, Mass.
He settled on land inherited from his family and was a wheelwright and a weaver by trade. He was listed as an inhabitant and as a proprietor of land in Rehoboth. The land he held was under his a grant by Governor William Bradford. During his lifetime he changed his last name from Dogget to Daggett. The house where he died still stands as a museum today.
