92 Nathaniel/4 Lamson (William/3, Joseph/2, William/1) was born at Stratford, Conn., Jan. 28, 1720 and died there in 1802. He married Tabitha Hawley, daughter of Nathaniel Hawley. She was baptised at Stratford, Conn., Oct. 11, 1724 and died there July 8, 1815.
Nathaniel Lamson lived at Stratford, Conn. On March 28, 1746, William Lamson deeded for paternal love, to his son Nathaniel two acres of land with a new dwellinghouse theron standing. This house remained in the Lamson family for a number of generations, and is now (1906) in the possession of Mr. Nathan B. Middlebrook. It stands on the north side of the old King's Highway, just above the R.R. crossing, and near one of the Franklyn milestones. He and his brother John were equal owners their father's mill property on the Pequanock River. Upon the death of his brother John, in 1778, his brother.s widow sold to him for £384-10s. her interest in the Grist Mill.
