Nathaniel Snow Sr. was born in October 1697 in Eastham, Barnstable County (Cape Cod), English province of Massachusetts Bay (formerly part of the Plymouth colony).
His parents were Nicholas Snow and his wife Lydia (Shaw) Snow.
Nathaniel descended from English immigrant Nicholas Snow
who had married Mayflower passenger Constance Hopkins in Plymouth in about 1626.
On or about July 9, 1720 Nathaniel Snow married Elizabeth Eldridge (aka Eldredge), about 5 years younger than he, in Eastham, Barnstable, English province of Massachusetts Bay, New England. The couple settled in Rochester, Plymouth County, Massachusetts [Elizabeth may have been a daughter of Elisha Eldredge of Eastham, Mass.]

Her husband survived her. He transferred all his real and personal property to his son, Nicholas Snow, by a deed dated October 16, 1773, confirming that he was still alive then.[2]
Robert Austin's book on the Mayflower descendants, states that he likely married Abigail Dexter, b: 1717, daughter of Jabez & Mary (Dexter) Dexter, on September 8, 1774.[3]
No exact death date has been given for Nathaniel Snow bbut it can be assumed to have been after September 8, 1774. [4]
