About Nazaire Langlois
Accident No. 12. February 24th, at the Hecla Branch of the Calumet and Hecla mine, at the 36th level north of No. 6 shaft, Nazin Langlais, a trammer, was instantly killed by a fall of hanging wall rock while filling a car in the cutting out stope.
An inquest was held before Coroner Sowden and the following verdict returned: "We find that Nazin Langlais came to his death at the 36th level north of No. 6 shaft, Hecla Branch of the Calumet and Hecla mine by a rock falling from the hanging wall, and consider it purely accidental."
