About Nellie Mize
Funeral Services for Mrs. Nellie O'Dell Davis Mize of 702 Calhoun Ave., who died Saturday in a Rome Hospital, were held at 2 p.m. today in the North Rome Church of God with the pastor, the Rev. S. A. Luke and the Rev. Elgin Williams officiating. Interment was in the East View Cemetery.
Mrs. Mize had resided in Rome and Floyd County the greater part of her life and was a member of the North Rome Church of God and Sunday School Class No. 7. Her husband Roy Shephard Mize, died April 21, 1959 and her mother, Mrs. Cora Lee Smith Davis, died Aug. 9, 1963.
Jennings Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
