Nicholas Millet was a carpenter from 1672-1680 and a cultivator from 1681-1691. From 1672-1691 Nicholas owned land located on the street Saint-Paul, southern side, between the street Saint-Jean-Baptiste and the street Saint-Gabriel in Montreal. During this time he had a tenant living on the property named Sinom Guillory. In 1691 he sold the property to the Seminar of Saint-Sulpice of Paris says Sulpiciens.
