Noble Johnson Claggett, 90 of Louisville, died Friday, June 1st at Veterans Hospital, Louisville. He was a retired farmer, World War I veteran, member of the Turners Station Christian Church and was born and raised in Turners Station.
He is survived by one son: Noble Gene Claggett, Louisville; three daughters: Mrs. Josie Louise Adams, Worthville, Mrs. Mary Alice Todd, Pleasure Ridge Park and Mrs. Dorothy Carolyn Shepherd, Carrollton; fifteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 3rd at the Barnett-Ransdell Funeral Home, Campbellsburg. Rev. Carl Rucker, pastor of the Campbellsburg Christian Church, officiated. Burial was in the Turners Station Cemetery.
