Oliver T Jensen Wait, 6gg (morrison line)

In the 1850 Fed. Census of Crawford Co. N.Y. showes Oliver living with his son Daniel who lived close to his other son Joseph who married Gertrude Hees. Before he died he must have went to live with his dau. Mary according to Edythe W. Thoesen's book on the Walts of R.I. Daniel lived at place 40 and Joseph lived at place 37 in the 1850 Crawford Co. Census. Oliver was a farmer.

Daniel married Edy Blancher and they had 11 children, .Eliza, Clara, George Washington who lived in Gloversville, N.Y., Oliver

b. 1828 m. Cordelia------b.1832 and they had a dau. Frances as of

the 1850 census b. 18,50 Crawford Co. Pa. Betsey Walt b. 1831 N.Y. Harriet b. 1834 N. Y. , Mary b. 1841 Penn., Joseph b. 1843 Penn., Margaret b. 1845, Henry b. 1846 and Sally b. 1849. Daniel and family must have moved from N.Y. to Crawford Co. Penn about 1840.

Dau. Amy Ann died at Manitowao, Wise. m. Joseph Staley who died 7-29-1844 and her 2nd marriage was to Wm. Cross 9-2-1846. Her children were. Albert Joseph Staley b. 6-18-1843 and Amy Ann Cross b. 2-21-1850.

Joseph married Gertrude Hess. They must have moved to Crawford Co. Penn. about 1840 and it is possible they moved at the same time along with his bro.Daniel and family. See dates of and places of birth of both families.
