Ora Dell Cox was the only daughter of Enoch Cox (b. 1 February 1864 in Silex, Mo.; d. 12 September 1925, buried in Sulphur Lick Cemetery, Silex, Mo). Enoch was married to Ora Dell's mother, Sarah Koster, on Januaury 14, 1890. After Sarah's death, he married Elizabeth Colbert on March 1, 1890. Nine children were born to this union.
