Oscar Lee Pennington, 64, of Memphis, died Saturday in a Tuscaloosa hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bertie Pennington, Memphis; two daughters, Mrs. A.D. Moore and Mrs. Tom Hane, both of Memphis; two brothers, Joe Pennington and Dee Pennington; four sisters, Mrs. Fannie Atchley, Mrs. Florence Thompson, Mrs. Joan Klatt and Mrs. Alene Gailey; and several nieces and nephews.
