Information courtesy of Mr Reinhard Hillebrand:
Oskar Kron moved to Berlin, where he met and married Felicitas Friedmann.
The couple lived in Wilmersdorf (October 1, 1920 united with Berlin), Hamburger Straße 27:

The "merchant" Oskar Kron still lived in Wilmersdorf in 1933:

The "inspector" Oskar Kron had the same address in 1934:

Afterwards, no more mentioning in the address book of Berlin, and therefore it may be assumed that they left Germany (or at least Berlin) in 1934.

....... Did they escape the Nazis to Palestine? Did they go to Vienna first to meet Oskar's sister Elvira and other family members? .........
My mother Erica met Oskar, her father's cousin, in 1941-42 while she was in kibbutz Gesher. His wife had died earlier. They had a happy but childless marriage. He owned a hotel in the Hadar Quarter in Haifa.
In order to find out the name of the hotel, I got in touch with the Haifa Municipality Archives. They found out that its name was "Aliya", and that it was located on 35 Hechalutz Street. The telephone number at the time was 4165.

A "Hotel Aliya" still exists at this address!
His grave had no tombstone. It was ordered and paid for by my cousin Hedva Zur and myself.
