341. "Othniel Sands," Westchester. Legacies to wife Susannah, and 2 youngest daughters Susannah and Sarah, and to “ my 4 grand children, that is to john Forman's children and my son Caleb's child," and to “ my son james' child." And as for my part of the undivided land in the Old Purchase in Oyster Bay, on Long Island, I give l to my son Caleb, and the rest to be divided among the rest. “ My son Samuelis to be put to his brother Othniel to learn ye Taylor's Trade." Makes my brother james Sands and son Caleb executors. A codicil dated Sept. 3, 1757, mentions daughter jerusha.
