About Ottokar I of Loben

Otakar I (Otakar I († 907/923, fallen at the Battle of Bratislava), probably from the house of the Aribons, was 904 count in Karantania and royal messenger in the Bavarian Ostmark. He was probably the builder of the Stiraburg (Steyr). Because one of his sons was called Aribo, it is believed that he was a son-in-law or son of the Margrave of the Ostmark and Count in Traungau Aribo.
