Was ordained a Deacon in 1858.Widely known as a scholar of the Syriac language and therefore given the title of "MALPAN" at Kottayam Pazhaya Seminary.

Vicar of the Kozhencherry and Ayroor churches.

Was blessed with eight sons and a daughter My daughter died in infancy while the fourth son died after marriage leaving no heirs.

Believer of that Education is the best wealth that we can give our children he provided the same to all his children.
