Madison—Patricia Katherine Clarke, age 75, died Dec. 19, 2001 at Madison Community Hospital. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Sat. Dec. 22. The Rev. Robert Vinslauski will officiate at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Madison, and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Casketbearers will be Adam, Scott and Nicholas Clarke, John and James Henneman, and Chad Anderson. Honorary casketbearers will be Ken Christiansen, Bill Fleissner and Verlyn Prostrollo. Soloist will be Patsy Clarke and organist will be Patti Beck.

Visitation begins at 1 p.m. Friday with a parish scripture service at 7 p.m. followed by a Catholic Daughters rosary, all at the Randall Funeral Home.

Patricia Bohr was born March 15, 1926, at Madison to Michael Anthony and Katherine (Lawler) Bohr. She lived in Howard where she graduated from St. Agatha High School on 1944. She worked at several businesses and then married DeWayne Clarke on May 17, 19467, at Howard. After World War II, they started farming near Howard. They moved to Madison in August, 1957 and she assisted her husband in general construction and real estate.

She was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters Court No. 1949, VFW and American Legion auxiliaries, and several past bowling leagues. She also painted pictures.

Survivors include her husband, DeWayne; two sons, Bob(Robin) of Rapid City, and Jim (Joan) of Sioux Falls; two daughters, Janet Herder of Rapid City, and Patsy Clarke of Madison; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers and two sisters.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor’s choice. The Randall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
