Livonia - Age 52, on January 5, 2018.

Beloved wife of Hermann, daughter of Gladys and the late Richard Hubbard, loved sister of Julie (Bart) Bultena, Sally (Jack) Bertoia, and Jennifer (Kal) DeLuca. She was the cherished AP (Aunt Patti) to Gerrit Bultena, Andrew (Amy) Bultena, Bri Bertoia, Derek DeLuca and Daniel DeLuca and faithful companion to her german shepard, Pilot.

Patti worked at Henry Ford Health System for nearly 20 years, most recently as an Intake Coordinator for Henry Ford Home Infusion.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 8, 2018 at St. Michael Lutheran Church, 3003 Hannan Road, Wayne, Michigan. The family will receive guests in the church narthex at 5:00 PM until the memorial service at 6:30 PM. Memorials to the American Cancer Society or the Michigan Humane Society are appreciated.
