Patricia Ann Fasciano

Patricia Ann (Lopin) Fasciano, age 69, of Naugatuck passed away unexpectedly on Sunday August 7, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital, Waterbury. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Lea Carnaroli Lopin. She was a graduate of Butler Business School and previously worked for Team, Inc. doing social work for A.I.C. Patricia was an avid reader, enjoyed traveling, cooking for her family, and loved the Beatles. She also enjoyed volunteering for the elderly in her spare time. She had a heart of gold and was devoted to her family who survive her. A son, Michael Fasciano, two daughters, Cristin Fasciano and Trisha Fasciano, her companion of 19 years, Waldimar Gruenwald, a brother, Robert Lopin and his wife Janet, 3 grandchildren, Alyssa Fasciano, Justin and Makenna Simons, a great granddaughter, Sophia, and several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday August 11, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Mass of Catholic Burial on Friday August 12, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church, 10 Father Salemi Drive, Ansonia. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Stratford. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Library for the Blind, 198 West St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
