(Judith Burke is not the wife of Patrick Napier Sr. She is listed as single as of May 1767 in land records of Augusta County, Virginia. This at the same time Patrick Napier Sr is living in Bedford Co, with The Franklin Family and listed in Records there. Ann Franklin survived Her leg issue and we believe she lived until at least 1790. Seeing that none of the kids have names that are taken from the Burke Family, and until at least one document comes forth to show Judith was a spouse of Patrick Napier Sr, and that is not likely to happen. Ann Franklin is the proven wife and mother of All his kids. All the kids are named after the Napier's and Franklin Family. Pretty solid evidence of no marriage to Judith Burke.) (I have not been able to remove this marriage from GENI.)
