About Paul Haman
Agent for American cotton firm, McFadden & Co in Memphis, TN. Died in BOAC airline crash. Cavalry officer in White Russian army in 1914 - 1918 war. Was in a camp in 1918 and liberated by the American Red Cross. Two of the Americans became his lifelong friends. One of them helped him get the job with McFadden. He spent 2 years in America for training during 1920/21 mainly in Philadelphia where the headquarters were at that time and in Houston/Galveston. He was sent with Wingstrand to Denmark for a year of training. Together they set up a McFadden agency in Gothenburg. In 1926 he and mother were sent to Rotterdam to set up again a new agency and ended in Enschede-Holland.
