Treasurer of the British Eugenics Society, 1907-22. "On Tuesday, December 4th, the death of Mr. Paul Fleischl became known to the public. He had been for some time at his country house Shagbrook, Reigate, owing to increasing ill-health. When already quite an invalid he continued to read Eugenic books -- and never to the last has failed in generous support of the Society.
