Mesrs. Chithai,P.M.Pillay and Vengan used to come home to Horsham Rd (Clairwood) to meet with Peripa(PRP) as he was head of South Coast &Distr Footbal Assoc instrumental in selling the footbal ground along the Umhlatuzana River to the city for large sum of money thereby establishing the SCDIFA Trust which bldg in Chatsworth ?unit 8 bears Peripas name and also father Pavadai Coopswami. This was his greatest work for the community at large - the philanthropy which Thatha demonstrated for the Tamil school in Umgeni Rd Temple. Peripa gave me a grey Monatic Alba suit for finishing school which I wore for the first time to Dbn North party for me Dec 1965. when Paarti was alive. radhakrishna
