“Richard Randolph of Curles in Henrico deed from Peter Fitzpatrick and Edith his wife for £20: their claims in 214 acres in Henrico at Warwick "which two tracts of land the said Richard Randolph purchased for a valuable consideration of Henry Trent son to the said Edith as by the said Henry Trent's deed (dated Jan. 7, 1739). Nov. 3, 1746. Sd. Edith relinquishing her dower right upon examination.”
