PETER MOLITOR, 82, DIED ON THURSDAY - Illness is Fatal to Pioneer Resident of Taylor County - MEDFORD - Peter Molitor, 82, a pioneer resident of Taylor County, died at his home here at 2:15 pm yesterday. Although he had been ill for six months, his death came unexpectedly. Old age complications were blamed. Funeral services will be conducted at Holy Rosary Catholic Church Thursday morning, the Rev. Gregory Reuter officiating. Burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery. Born in Sheboygan County on April 10, 1857, Mr. Molitor came to Taylor in 1880 and settled on a homestead in what is now the Town of Molitor, but two years later came to Medford. He was married to Kathryn Greisch of Sheboygan County on April 30, 1889. While living in Medford he followed the carpenter trade. Surviving are Mrs. Molitor and six children; John, Medford; William (Mary) Pleus, Medford; Frank, East Stanwood, Washington; Mrs. Claude (Elizabeth) Kennedy, Independence, Kentucky; Mrs. Aaron (Ann) Murray, Harlem, Montana and Edward, Milwaukee.
