She was the daughter of Capt.Nathaniel Sears and Phebe Lincoln Sears.≤br>≤br>On Nov 24,1774, in Yarmouth, she married Seth Hall, the son of David Hall and Tamsin Sears Hall. Her father-in-law David Hall married three times, his third wife being Rebecca Crosby Hall, who is also buried in Pudding Hollow.
